Fast Metal LLC Proposed Range Rules
All rules shall be enforced at the discretion of RSO. Any combativeness, disrespect or disagreement with RSO may result in removal from facility.
Always treat your firearm as if it is loaded
Always point your firearm down range
Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot
Always be aware of your target and what is beyond it
Always wear eye and ear protection
If any injuries are sustained at any point, notify nearest RSO immediately.
NO uncased firearms outside of your shooting lane unless installed with clearly visible empty chamber flag.
DO NOT load ammo into firearm outside of your lane
DO NOT reach beyond the firing line
DO NOT shoot the floor, ceiling, walls, or any range equipment; all rounds must impact the back stop. Any damage to the range facility will be charged to customer and customer may be asked to leave.
No photos or videography inside the range without prior approval of RSO. This is both for safety and privacy of all shooters in the range.
All firearms must have sights to be used on our range
All firearms chambered in rifle calibers must have shoulder brace or stock
DO NOT draw from a holster and fire unless given explicit permission from Fast Metal
Maximum of 2 shooters per lane at any time
Always use ammo purchased from Fast Metal in rental firearms
You may pick up your own brass; all other shell casings must be swept past the firing line
NO pregnant women on the range
NO low-cut shirts or loose clothing. Wear appropriate attire to shield from hot casings. We do have shirts available to purchase if needed.
NO open-toed shoes
NO alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other form of impairment on premises or in the range. Anyone suspected to be under the influence will be asked to leave immediately. These includes detection by smell of alcohol or marijuana
NO food or drink on the range
NO smoking or smokeless tobacco in the store or on the range
We recommend washing your hands after using the range. Lead wash station is available in the range near back wall.
First time visitors are not allowed to rent a firearm if shooting alone.
Certain ammunition is restricted from use on our range, these are Armor piercing, steel core, tracer, incendiary, buckshot, birdshot.
Must be 18 or older to use the range unaccompanied
Minors (under 18 years old) can shoot but must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All shooters above 18 must possess a valid state-issued ID or US passport with a matching credit card to book a lane. Final payment can be in any form ,but credit card will be retained until end of booking in case facilities are damaged similar to hotel booking.
Must be 21 or older to possess or rent a handgun
Must be 18 or older to possess or rent a long-gun
Firearm Rental Policy
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age with valid, government-issued photo identification.
If this is your first time renting at Fast Metal and you do not possess your own firearms to shoot at time of rental you must be accompanied by another individual.
You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any individual suspected of such will be denied access to the range.
You must not have been adjudicated as mentally defective, committed to a mental institution, or have a history of mental illness.
You must not be an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance, including marijuana, narcotics, depressants, or stimulants.
You must not have been convicted of a crime or misdemeanor that would prohibit you from legally possessing a firearm.
Experience & Safety
All renters must confirm they have read and understand the range safety rules and agree to handle all firearms in a safe and responsible manner.
Renters should have a basic understanding of firearms and/or disclose their experience level to a range officer if uncertain.
First-time shooters or novices may be required to take a basic safety orientation before being allowed to shoot.
Ammunition Policy
All ammunition used in rental firearms must be purchased from Fast Metal at the time of rental.
Outside ammunition is not allowed in rental firearms under any circumstances.
Liability & Responsibility
You agree to release Fast Metal and its employees from any liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the firearms or facilities.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Fast Metal against any and all claims arising from your actions while on the premises.
You accept full financial responsibility for any willful misuse or damage caused to firearms, rental equipment, or range facilities, beyond normal wear and tear.
Range Use Conditions
This policy applies whether you are using your own firearm or a rental.
You may be denied access or rental privileges at the sole discretion of Fast Metal if you fail to comply with this policy or behave in an unsafe manner.
By signing the waiver, you affirm that you have read and understand this policy in full, and that all information you may have previously provided is true and accurate.
Violation of any of these rules may result in removal from the range or ban from Fast Metal
